The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased:- i) To quash FIR bearing No. 191/2019 dt 19/11/2019 under section 448/34 IPG P.S. Civil Lines, Delhi against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
ii) Any other or further direction/order which your Lordships may deem fit and proper may also be passed in the facts and circumstances of the matter, in the interest of justice." 2.
