% 11.02.2020 The present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail in pursuance to FIR No.690/2015 registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar for offences punishable under sections 307/354D/506/34 IPC and later on section 302 IPC was added. Learned APP has verified the factum of marriage of sister of the petitioner which is to be solemnised on 25.02.2020 at Sector-115, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

In view of above, the Jail Superintendant is directed to allow the petitioner to attend his sister's marriage on 25.02.2020 from 7 pm to 10 pm under police custody in civil dress.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
