The Petition under Section 482 Cr.PC read with Article 227 of Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, with the following prayers:- "a) Supervise and regulate the proceedings of case titled „State vs Rohit Dubey‟ FIR No. 307/22 , PS - Pachim vihar, u/s 302.

b) Set aside the order dt. 7/2/23 thereby permitting to recall the PW-1 and PW-2 for further cross examination. c) Pass any other order (s) as the Hon‟ble court may deem fit and interest of justice."

conducting the case probono and has encountered certain difficulties in the cross-examination of PW-1 and PW-2, who are the staff witnesses. 3.

Submissions heard from the learned ASC, as well as, learned counsel for the petitioner.

After hearing the joint submissions, it is hereby directed that copy of this Petition be forwarded to the learned District and Sessions Judge, who may take it on administrative side and may also give an opportunity to learned counsel for the petitioner, for hearing before disposing of the application in respect of the prayer (a). Insofar as the prayer (b) is concerned, the learned counsel is at liberty to move an application before the learned ASJ, who shall consider it, in accordance with law. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of.
