% 12.03.2019 CM APPL No.8359/2019 Respondent moved this application seeking direction to the petitioner to pay market rent of the premises in question and has filed the copy of rent agreement dated 24.08.2018 of the adjoining shop which shows the said shop is let out for a rental of Rs.12,000/- per month. The learned counsel for petitioner is disputing such quantification. In the circumstances as an interim measure the petitioner to pay the respondent an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month w.e.f. 01.02.2018 till the pendency of this petition as user/occupation charges. The arrears be cleared by four weeks and future payment be made on or before 7th of each calendar month. The water and electricity charges be paid as per actuals. Any default in the payment of user/occupation charges shall entail eviction forthwith. The application stands disposed of in terms of above. Order dasti to both the parties.
