This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent contends that earlier three extensions were sought. However, it has come to the notice of the court that in the year 2025 the wife of the arbitrator passed away. The matter is reserved and the clarification was sought by the arbitrator. 3.
