Criminal Misc. (Main) Petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C filed for setting aside the Order dated 23.12.2019 and to quash the ECIR No.DLZO/25/2012/AD(BKS) dated 04.10.2012.

By way of the present petitions it is the Order on Charge dated 23.12.2019 has been challenged. The matters are now at the stage of final arguments.

The petitions have become infructuous and the grounds of challenge of the Charge may be addressed at the time of final arguments. 3.
