By way of present petition filed in the context of an FIR No.538/2022 registered under Sections 323/308/380/201/34 IPC at P.S. Chhawala, Delhi, the petitioner has prayed directions to the respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation by recovery of the CCTV footage of the incident from the nearby establishments and preserve the same. 3.

Learned ASC for the State submits, on instructions, that after the conclusion of investigation, the chargesheet stands filed and even the charges have been framed. He further submits that though the CCTV footage was seized, the DVR camera was stolen. He also submits that charge under Section 201 IPC has already been framed against the accused persons. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
