Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a) issue an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the respondents to issue necessary orders/directions for issuance of passport to the petitioner in view of the facts above. b) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the application of the Petitioner for issuance of passport has been rejected. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the order rejecting the application of the Petitioner for issuance of passport.
