This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In view of the above-mentioned facts, circumstances, dealing law, it is, therefore, graciously prayed before this Hon'ble Court to:- a) To pass directions to the Respondent no.3, to dispose of the representation(s) dated 22.11.2023 and 11.01.2024 submitted by the Petitioner, thereby, provide the Petitioner with entire SSFC proceedings as per Rule 129, BSF Rules, 1969; (b) To pass directions to the Respondents to provide the Petitioner with all other relevant record/ documents related to the disciplinary proceedings held against the Petitioner;

(c) To pass any such other order(s)/ relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in favor of the Petitioner."

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner could not state whether the petitioner has actually received the same, in any case we close this writ petition.
