By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of the Kalandara dated 19.05.2017 under Section 145 Cr.P.C. issued by Station House Officer, Police Station Civil Lines, Delhi.

During the course of proceedings, the parties informed that the present petitioner has also preferred a suit for possession for the same property which is pending consideration before the Tis Hazari Court vide CSDJ/1077/2023. 3.

Considering that the issue of possession is pending before the concerned court, the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. stands quashed. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
