For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number. W.P.(C) 439/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on instruction, as the petitioner may file a comprehensive writ petition impugning certain orders which have come to notice in view of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. The counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection.

However, this statement should not be considered as an admission or acceptance of the claim of the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
