This is a petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which was filed challenging the interim award passed by the ld. Arbitrator on 12th September, 2018. 3.
Post the passing of this award, the final award has been passed by the ld. Arbitrator on 4th July, 2019. In view of the fact that any interim order would have merged into the final award, the present petition is disposed of leaving open any issues that have been raised to be considered in the challenge to the final award.

The present petition along with all pending applications is disposed of.

These are petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Interim order granted on 20th September, 2019 shall continue during the pendency of the petitions. Accordingly, the stay applications I.A.13056/2019 and I.A.15194/2019 are disposed of. 6.
The arbitral record has also been requisitioned, which has been tagged with the electronic record. The parties may obtain the same, if they so wish to refer. Accordingly, I.A. 2754/2020 is disposed of. 7.
