Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for directing the Central Bureau of Investigation (Respondent No.3) to register an FIR against Respondent Nos.4 to 10 and investigate the matter, in accordance with law; and directing the Respondents Banks to freeze the bank accounts of the Respondent No.4 to 10 during the investigation; and directing the Central Bureau of Investigation (Respondent No.3) to conduct forensic audit of the bank accounts of Respondent Nos.4 to 10. 2.

There is detailed procedure available under BNSS / Cr.P.C. for registration of FIR in case, there is grievance in this regard. Learned counsel for CBI submits that as the Complaint filed by the Petitioners has already been transferred to PS: EOW, Gurugram, Haryana, the Petitioners may follow up the matter with the same for further directions. 4.
