By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayer:- "a) Issue an appropriate writ, direction and/or order directing time bound disposal of criminal proceedings emanating from FIR No. I 02 of 2008 dated 08.07.2008 registered at Police Station: Tughlak Road, under Section 419/420/ 468/ 471/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("FIR") pending before the Court of Ms Neha Priya, ACMM-II, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi; 2.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by Ms. Nandita Rao, learned ASC (Crl.) for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case pertains to the year 2008 and that the prosecution had cited 17 witnesses out of which 4 are yet to be examined.
