% 06.02.2020 This is a petition under Section 29(A) Rule 4 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with the prayer to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award effective from January 09, 2020. Mr.Rajat Arora, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has given his consent in that regard. Noting the contents of the petition and the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of four months effective from January 09, 2020.
