O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking bail in FIR No. 331/2019 under sections 307/452/323/324/201/34 IPC registered at P.S. Alipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019. It is submitted that as per the prosecution case, the injuries caused to Ajeet by co-accused Ankit was from a cutter, which is stated to have been provided by the present petitioner. He further submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the accused persons and the complainants/injured.

The victims/complainants, namely, Kartar Singh, Ajeet Kumar and Parkash Chand, who are present in person in Bail Appln. 120/2020 of co-accused Deepak listed today, have stated that the matter is already settled with the accused persons and they have no objection to the grant of bail to the present petitioner-Sachin Dahiya as well. 4.

In view of the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that the

matter has been compromised between the accused persons and victims, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant/victim or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Alipur with his mobile phone/landline number and residential address and in the event of change of the same, shall inform to the I.O./SHO.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned court. (iv) The petitioner will remain regularly present before the trial court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner.
