This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS filed on behalf of the applicant( Adarsh Gautum) for the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR NO.0096/2025, under Sections 70(1)/74/75, registered at PS-M.S. Park. 2.
SHO, M.S. Park, appears and files the status report and as per para 9 of the status report, petitioner has already joined the investigation and at this stage, his further custodial interrogation is not required. Upon being asked, he states that ASI Deval has been appointed as Investigating Officer in the present case and that police is in the process of preparing the final report. 3.

In view of the fact that investigating agency does not intend to arrest the applicant, there is no apprehension of the imminent arrest of the applicant. The application for anticipatory bail is, therefore, not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
