Issue notice.

Ms. Medhavi Singh accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply as she has no objection to the prayer made in the petition for extension of time. 5.

The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 21.07.2018.

Thereafter, with mutual consent of the parties, time for concluding arbitration proceedings was extended by another six months. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 71/2019

This Procedural order, however, was passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on 08.09.2018.

Counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is at the stage of evidence.

9.

I am informed that the extended time has come to an end on 21.01.2019.

10.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend time by another six months commencing from 21.01.2019.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 12.
