% 06.02.2020 This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with the prayer to extend the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award effective from January 27, 2020. Ms.Prerna Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has given her consent in that regard. Noting the contents of the petition and the consent given by the learned counsel for the respondents, the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from January 27, 2020.

The petition is disposed of.
