Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner will be taking steps for seeking appointment of an Arbitrator on account of the respondent's failure to respond to its invocation notice seeking appointment of an Arbitrator, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

The petition along with the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the dismissal of the present petition will not, in any manner, effect the petitioner's right to seek appointment of an Arbitrator as per law.
