% 22.02.2019 CM APPL. 8234/2019 & 8235/2019 Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 1764/2019 The petitioner has preferred this petition to assail the order dated 13.09.2018 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi (Tribunal) in SA No.227/2017 preferred by the petitioner.

The said securitization application was dismissed by the Tribunal.

Against the said order, the petitioner earlier preferred W.P.(C) 12050/2018 which was disposed of by this Court on 12.11.2018.

Once again, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the very same order. In our view, the petitioner is not entitled to assail the impugned order.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not press this petition. Dismissed.
