% 12.03.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 14.02.2024 in case FIR No.402/2022, under Sections 302/201 IPC, registered at Police Station Ranhola, on the ground that wife of petitioner has suffered post-surgical complications. Status report has been filed on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances, interim bail granted to the applicant on 14.02.2024 is further extended for a period of two weeks, on the same terms and conditions. It is clarified that no further extension of interim bail shall be granted to the applicant. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Superintendent Jail after the expiry of the bail period.
Application is accordingly disposed of.
