Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.1 is out of town and he would appear before this Court after two weeks. 3.

In that view of the matter, the demand draft is taken on record and the same be kept with the Deputy Registrar concerned. 4.

List for releasing the demand draft of respondent No.1 on 13th October, 2017.
