% 25.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 196/2019, registered at police station Mundka, Delhi for offences under Section 307 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arm Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file fresh one. He states that the case is listed for framing of charges before the learned trial court and in case, if it is not decided by the learned trial court, he be allowed to press the bail application after recording of the statement of the complainant.

The present bail application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
