Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of.

CM APPL. 8093/2020 (for enlargement of time to deposit the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-) 2.

This application has been moved seeking a short extension of time for depositing the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/-, as per order dated 22nd November, 2019.

On 22nd November, 2019, the Petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- on or before 15th February, 2020 before the Trial Court. Ld. counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is undergoing a financial crunch and hence, time is sought till 31st March, 2020 for depositing the said amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the time for depositing the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- is extended till 31st March, 2020. It is made clear that no further opportunity shall be granted.

It is made clear that the written statement shall be taken on record only upon the said deposit being made before the Trial Court. 6.
