This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 1751/2019 & CM APPL. 8109/2019 In view of reason stated in the present application and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of this present petition even without issuing notice directing the respondent to decide the representation dated 21.02.2018 filed by the petitioner after taking consideration the view taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Union of Ors vs. Deepak Mali: 2009 14 SCC 692 and by this court in W.P.(C) No. 9558/2007 decided on 05.12.2018, within two weeks after the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
