In light of the averments made in the CRL.M.A. 25133/2025, wherein the Petitioners have expressed their wish not to proceed with the present petition of their own free will and without any pressure, fraud, force, coercion or undue influence, the request for withdrawal is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
