The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC impugning the order dated 07.12.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge-02 (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Court, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „Trial Court‟) in CS No.627/2020 titled as "M/s Runwell (India) Private Limited vs. Satjit Singh Walia & Ors."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if required. 5.
