This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to process and decide petitioner's application for M.Pharm courses (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy Pharmaceutics) for academic session 2026-27 in terms of final order dated 14.11.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (C) No. 15465/2025; and/or b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to respondent to refund the processing fee of Rs. 9,44,000/- (Rs. including 18% GST paid by petitioners towards application (SIF) of M.Pharmcourses for academic session 2026-27; . . ." 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Yatharth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure P-26 which is the order dated 14.11.2025, wherein it has been directed that the petitioner's application has to be decided and the excess processing fee which has been paid has to be refunded. 5.

In case the order dated 14.11.2025 passed in WP (C) No. 15465/2025 is not stayed/varied/modified or set aside, the respondent shall do the same expeditiously, and in any case, not later than 20.04.2026. 6.

Additionally, a decision on the refund of the processing fee shall also be taken within the said period.
