Defendant no.1 is having its office at South Block, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 21st December, 2016 for further directions.
