By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of proceedings arising out of FIR No. 107/2020 dated 07.09.2020, registered at Police Station Bhiwadi, from Dwarka Courts, South-West District, New Delhi, to Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. 2.

In view of the fact that the proceedings were transferred to Dwarka Courts by an order of the Supreme Court dated 29.03.2023 in Transfer Petition (Crl.) 17/2022 [Ekta Tomar v. Shiv Kumar and Anr.], Mr. Vishwendra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, as the petitioner proposes to approach the Supreme Court for appropriate orders.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to seek appropriate remedies, as may be available to her in law.
