Further to the order dated 07.08.2024, the liquidator of the respondent-company has filed an affidavit dated 22.08.2024, in which it is stated that the award of ₹1,04,081/- made in favour of the respondent, will not be enforced and no other action will be taken, even if the petitioner withdraws the petition.

Mr. Nikhilesh Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the circumstances recorded in the said order, he has been instructed to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
