Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 25th March, 2026, status report has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3/Delhi Police. Paragraph 7 of the status report is set out below:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view thereof, a direction is issued to the Delhi Police to thoroughly investigate the aspect which is mentioned in paragraph 7 of the status report. 3.

The Delhi Police shall also undertake a thorough investigation with respect to the genuineness of the signatures appearing on the pleadings and accompanying affidavit filed in the present petition. The Delhi Police shall obtain specimen signatures of the petitioner, signatures from the documents including but not limited to official identification records such as the Driving License and PAN Card, and any other admitted documents bearing the signatures of the petitioner.

3.1 The specimen signatures so obtained along with the disputed signatures forming part of the present writ petition shall be duly sent to Forensic Science Laboratory ('FSL'), Rohini for verification. 4.

The Director, FSL Rohini is directed to expeditiously send its report to Delhi Police.

5.

Let a fresh status report be filed within eight (8) weeks. 6.
