Pursuant to the order dated 15.9.2017, Mr. Chhibber, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has interacted with the petitioner, who conceded that he was operated in the left eye prior to the filing of the present petition and appearing before the Review Medical Board, which fact was not revealed in the present petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
