The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition stating that the petitioner has made the entire payment of approximately Rs. 25,000/-, which fact is conceded by the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above nothing further survives in the present petition, therefore, he seeks permission to withdrawn the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
