It transpires during the course of hearing that another writ petition, being W.P.(C) 2902/2025, has been filed by the petitioner herein, pertaining to the affairs of the same society namely 'Raj Vidya Kender' (RVK). 2.

This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain multiple writ petitions, filed by the same petitioner in respect of the same society and having overlapping causes of action.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to suitably amend the earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) 2902/2025 filed by the petitioner, and agitate all issues pertaining to the concerned society (RVK) in the said writ petition. 4.
