Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the learned Trial Court has acquitted the accused/ petitioner herein and the petition before the learned Trial Court has been disposed of vide order dated 28.03.2026, the present petition seeking to challenge the order dated 24.02.2026 has, per se, become infructuous. As such, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if, as and when required. 2.
Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
