By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.684/2022 dated 14.09.2022 registered under Sections 376(2)(n)/509/312/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at PS.:Vijay Vihar, Delhi as also all other proceeding(s) emanating therefrom, in view of the Settlement Deed dated 12.01.2026 arrived at inter se the petitioners and the respondent no.2 herein. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh alongwith fresh Settlement Deed.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed of.
