Petitioner challenges the order dated 01.03.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in GP No 16/2017 titled as "Nitesh Arora vs Isha Arora". 2.

By the impugned order dated 01.03.2205, learned Family Court had dismissed the application of the petitioner filed under Section 12 of The Guardian and Wards Act,1890.
