Counsel for Petitioner seeks early hearing since he received instructions to withdraw the present application seeking regular bail. 2.

Considering the above, the application is allowed and the main bail application is taken up on the board today.

Counsel for the Petitioner states on instructions that he would like to withdraw the present application since the chargesheet as well as FSL results have been filed before the Trial Court and the matter is now listed for leading of Prosecution Evidence on 17th May, 2025. He further seeks liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court. 4.
