Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This public interest litigation petition raises certain concerns about unauthorised private buses running from various places in Delhi, namely, Mori Gate, Kamla Market, Tis Hazari, Old Delhi Railway, Station, Gokhle Marg, Khoya Mandi Chowk, Mandir Wali Parking, Queen Mary School, Khanna Market, Sadar Bazar, Gali Chamelian, Guru Nanak Eye Hospital, Rajender Market, Kashmere Gate and ISBT area. 3.
The issue raised in the writ petition, in our opinion, can be better attended by the officials of the Transport Department of GNCTD and the authorities of Delhi Police.

Accordingly, this public interest litigation petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner (Transport), The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Delhi Government as also the Police Commissioner of Delhi by way of making representations taking all the pleas, which may be available to him under law and enclosing therewith all the documents on which he intends to rely upon.

The said representation shall be made by the petitioner within 10 days and once any such representation is made, the appropriate authorities of the Delhi Police as also the Commissioner (Transport), Delhi Government shall attend to the said representations and take appropriate decision within a period of 04 weeks, which may be permissible under law. If any action is warranted that shall also be ensured by the authorities. The decision to be taken under this order shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
