% 17.01.2017 This petition by way of PIL has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to demolish the unauthorized constructions allegedly raised over the properties specified therein. The material available on record shows that the petitioner had earlier made a complaint on 02.01.2017 bringing to the notice of the respondents about the alleged unauthorized constructions. W.P.(C) No.418/2017

Mr. G.D. Mishra, the learned counsel appeared for the respondent Nos.1 and 2/South Delhi Municipal Corporation and Mr. Arun Birbal, the learned counsel appeared for the respondent No.3/DDA. It is represented by both the learned counsels that the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.01.2017 would be considered and appropriate action would be taken following due process of law if the allegations are found to be true. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
