This contempt petition has been preferred for the alleged breach of order passed by this Court dated 21.09.2017 in CM No.22368/2016 in W.P.(C) No.3705/2016.

We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner/applicant and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we see no reason to initiate any action against the respondents for the contempt of this Court for the alleged breach of an order passed by this Court dated 21.09.2017. No direction was given by this Court to the respondents in the order dated 21.09.2017 in CM No.22368/2016 in W.P.(C) No.3705/2016. Hence, there is no question of any violation of the said order. 3.

Hence, there is no substance in this contempt petition and the same is therefore dismissed.
