The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 and 152 C.P.C. 1908 by M/S Sana Food Products & Ors. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr. Anirudh Joshi was the main counsel for the petitioner and on that day, on behalf Mr. Joshi, Mr. Saurabh Sharma and Ms. Sonali Sharma had appeared. 3.

Mr. B N Gaur, Advocate had appeared on behalf of respondent. Admittedly, the written submissions filed on behalf of respondent are also signed by Mr. B N Gaur.

It seems that while disposing of the matter, the appearances have been cross-mentioned.

The instant application seeks clarification to that extent. 6.
