Learned ASC submits that as apparent from both Status Report filed by him, the Delhi Police is making all efforts for finding the son of the petitioner/ complainant. He also assures this Court that the petitioner shall always be free to get in touch with the IO and/ or Head Constable Joginder (Mob. No. +91 70119 26528) and/ or the SHO (Mob No. +91 87508 70322) of PS.: Prem Nagar. He further submits that based on the facts and circumstnaces, an FIR is also going to be registered within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned ASC, since the reliefs sought by the petitioner stand satisfied, there is no reason for keeping the present petition pending.

As such, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if as and when required.
