Quash RC No. 3(E) 2002 PS CBI/SIU-XI under Sections 120B and 420 IPC and Sections 13(2) r/w Section 13(l)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, along with all consequential proceedings thereto, in the interest of justice; and b.
