The challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 20.12.2025, whereby both the petitioners herein have been directed to be charged by the learned Trial Court for commission of offences under Section 61(2) read with Sections 221/132/109(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 186/353/307 IPC) and petitioner No.1 has also been charged under Sections 109(1)/115(2)/221/132 BNS (corresponding Sections 307/323/186/353 IPC).

However, at the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate petitions for the petitioners.

In view of the above, without making any observation on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
