The learned counsel for respondent No.1/SDMC and respondent No.3 accepts notice.

The learned counsel for respondent No.1/SDMC submits that the property in question, i.e., 18/10, Pant Nagar, Jangpura, New Delhi was booked on 27.01.2020 and Work Stop notice was issued to the SHO of the concerned Police Station and communications have also been sent to the concerned departments for disconnection of water and electricity supply. Learned counsel for respondent No.1/SDMC, on instructions, submits that they will take further action as per law within a period of two months from today.

The concerned SHO of the Police Station is directed to ensure that Work Stop notice sent by respondent No.1/SDMC on 27.01.2020 is complied with.

A copy of the documents will be filed in court with an advance copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Nothing further survives in the present petition. Petition and all pending applications are disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the court master.
