By way of present revision petition filed under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the revision petitioner seeks to assail the impugned order dated 05.12.2023 passed in MT No.118/2022 by learned Family Court, Rohini North District, New Delhi wherein the petitioner was directed to pay ad-interim maintenance @ of Rs.10,000/- per month with effect from 05.12.2023.

The income affidavits of both the parties have been placed on record. Considering that the interim maintenance application is pending consideration and vide the impugned order, only ad interim maintenance has been granted, the petition along with pending applications is disposed of with the directions that in case at the time of disposal of the maintenance petition, the Family Court comes to the conclusion that the respondents are entitled for lesser or higher maintenance, the Family Court would be at liberty to make the required adjustments.
