% 12.03.2019 CM No.8201/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. FAO(OS) 39/2019 Learned senior counsel for the appellant has drawn our attention to the order dated 02.11.2018 passed by the Division Bench in FAO(OS) No.164/2018. The Division Bench had observed that in case the original documents are required for some specific purpose, liberty was available to the appellant to move an appropriate application at that stage.

We find that when the appellant moved the application whereon, the impugned order has been passed by the learned Single Judge, the appellant did not disclose any specific reason as to why he

required the original title documents which had been filed on record. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. However, we leave it to the appellant to move another application, if he so desires, by disclosing the specific purpose, for which he requires the original title documents. The appeal stands disposed of.
